However, as with any surgical procedure, results cannot be guaranteed. Dr. Kawesch can give you his professional opinion and let you know what results he expects you to achieve based on your personal vision characteristics. Remember, too, that the LASIK procedure is not right for everyone. If Dr. Kawesch discovers factors that might put you at additional risk for side effects like glare, halos, or other vision problems, he may recommend an alternative procedure like PRK, LASEK or Implantable Contact Lenses.
